Virtual Poster Video Presentation
ASRU will be hybird workshop. All papers will be presented as posters.Therefore would like to provide also a short video that will be available on ASRU 2023 virtual platforms.
ASRU2023 utilizes the Whova platform as the symposium mobile application and virtual conference platform, where you can upload various poster information such as poster PDF, photos, contact details, and short introduction with the Whova link which will be sending to presenting author soon.
🅰️Video
- It's mandatory for all authors, whether attending physically or virtually, to provide a video of the poster presentation, with a minimum duration of 5 minutes and a maximum of 15 minutes.
- Upload your video to YouTube or aother recommended platform and provide the video URL.
- You can choose to set the video share link to either private or public, depending on your preference.
- Video: Preferred Video Hosting Partners: Youtube, Vimeo, DailyMotion, SlidesLive
- Name your video: Paper ID_Paper Title
- Submission Deadline: December 1, 2023
Please try to record your video in a quiet place using a headset microphone. You can use Zoom or any other tools to record your video. We recommend using animations and laser pointers options in PowerPoint to emphasize your explanations.
🅱️ Authorization Letter
- Kindly note that it is a formal requirement to provide the authorization letter for the ASRU poster.
- Download the authorization letter here.

Physical Poster Presentation Requirements
- Maximum poster measurements (vertical presentation): width 90 cm and height 120 cm.
- The adhesive tapes will be provided onsite. No paste, glue, thumbtacks or staples are permitted.
- Please note that all posters must be displayed in English.
- DO NOT MAIL YOUR POSTER to the symposium venue. A printed poster is required as no printing and set-up service will be provided onsite.
- Posters not removed will be disposed of directly without permission.
- You will have access to the boards with the following timetable on your session day. Click here to check the program at a glance.
(For example, if you are assigned to Poster Session 1, you will have access to the board from 9:00 to 10:15 on December 17 and are required to remove the poster by 12:30.)

Suggested Poster format
- Be sure to include the Paper Title, Authors’ Names and Affiliations centered at the top of the poster.
- A large font (20 point or larger) for the primary text, and an even larger font for headings are recommended.
